I'M PERISA HIRO.
When people first see me, they see a tall, slim Asian (mix) woman, someone who looks in her late 20s, model, or could be an actress. But when they get to know me, they see me as a health coach, nutritionist, life coach/teacher, holistic living educator, Master of Nature's Wisdom with 39 years of experience.
Society fills us false ideas about weight loss, slim body, how we look and health, that doesn't mean we have to listen to them. Let's break free from artificial, quick, harmful fixes and return to nature.

MY STORY
I was born prematurely due to my mother’s health challenges and grew up facing liver inflammation, migraines, frequent nosebleeds, nausea, excess weight, and auto immune disease. I also struggled with depression, fear, and deep insecurities about my body and life, shaped by loss of loved ones and experiences of invalidation and bullying. That experience left me with so many questions about life: Who am I? Why am I here? What is this life really about? What is my purpose? How can I help my family and others who are suffering?
One of the main reasons I focused on healing and learning more about holistic living and how to keep the body healthy is because of my own family’s health struggles.
All of these painful family experiences made me determined to understand the body, take control of my own health, and help others do the same. I chose a natural, holistic path because I didn’t want anyone to depend on medications, surgeries, or quick fixes that don’t address the root causes. I wanted to become the cause over illness—not a victim of it. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to learning, healing, and helping others reclaim their well-being through natural, holistic living.
By age four I was already cooking, growing vegetables, fruit and raising animals in our small organic farm, split between a small town and grandparents's village, drawn to nature’s wisdom where I first found real healing. School couldn't answer my deep questions about life, physical, mental sufferings and healing so I turned to nature, holistic health, ancient and modern philosophies, technologies, and spiritual teachings such as those of Buddha, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Muhammad, Jesus Christ, Greek philosophers, Shinto, and L. Ron Hubbard. Ancient Chinese philosophy and the traditional Japanese wisdom of life are in my DNA. In the meantime, I completed studies in Modeling (Fashion/Design), and Business. I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and creator of 8 Slim Secrets, a wellness training program designed to help you slim down naturally and age slowly—without medications, fad diets, quick fixes or drugs. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I stopped taking medications about 22 years ago and committed fully to healing with nature. For 39 years, I’ve been on a holistic healing path—19 years coaching others. I dedicated 14 years to working with nonprofit organizations such as Human Rights, The Way To Happiness, Drug Free World, Applied Scholastics etc, to help create a healthier society. As a Holistic Living Educator, I guide others in nurturing not only the body but also the mind and spirit. I teach and help people learn how to live life not in pain or suffering but in harmony with the body, mind, nature and life itself.
In the past 5 years, I’ve coached over 6,000 people—especially women—to naturally restore their healthy slim body, and lifestyles. The reason I created the 8 Slim Secrets is because I realized that society is making people sick—physically, mentally, and spiritually—by encouraging habits that destroy the body. People are becoming more and more introverted, disconnected from their bodies and from the true wisdom of nature. I experienced it myself as a part of this society. I’ve been there—I struggled with weight and health problems since when I was small. I had to stay in the hospital for about a month when I was a child because of liver inflammation. I was given a lot of medications and other treatments. Ever since I was a child, I noticed how the toxicity of this world affects many women. Often, because of medications or neglecting self-care, their bodies—and even their children’s bodies—are harmed.That’s why I started practicing these 8 Slim Secrets from a young age, trying to understand how to heal my body and stay slim and youthful. Because of these secrets, now my family—including my mother—and I, along with others, are much healthier than before. I no longer have weight problems, nor do I struggle with slimming down. I’ve handled almost all of my body issues naturally, without any medication, drugs, fad diets, or pills. That’s why I created the 8 Slim Secrets—to help people care for and nourish their bodies, rather than injure them. The modern world promotes artificial lifestyles, unnatural foods, and quick fixes that are far from what nature intended. These things damage the body, and when you damage the body, you also harm the mind—and ultimately your true self as a spiritual being. These 8 Slim Secrets continue to help me and many other people slim down naturally and maintain their health.
Many women had unknowingly harmed their bodies through various procedures like tummy tucks, liposuction, stomach-cutting surgeries, and extreme treatments. They also relied on medications and followed modern fad diets that promised quick results but caused long-term damage. I had to witness women crying in front of me because they couldn’t even look at their own bodies. They hated what they saw. Their bodies were covered in scars—uneven, painful reminders of the procedures they went through. Many of them told me they wished they could go back and undo the damage. It broke my heart to see that. I couldn’t bear to see that picture anymore. That’s why I’m committed to helping people heal naturally, love themselves, and care for their bodies with compassion.
These women are also mothers. A child comes from a woman’s body, and if the mother isn’t healthy, it can negatively affect the child—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The reason why the 8 Slim Secrets aren’t just another wellness trend…is because they’re actually a life training program.
